(English follows Japanese) 【ポジション概要】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティ（SHM）にて、AFEELAをはじめとする次世代モビリティに向けた開発・試作購買を担います。立ち上げフェーズの少数精鋭組織（役員直下）で、担当カテゴリの購買実務を起点に、調達戦略・パートナー開拓・契約/リスクマネジメントまで、段階的にスコープを拡張しながら成長できるポジションです。 【業務内容】 当社の最先端のHW/SW技術を積んだプロダクト及びその調達機能立ち上げフェーズにおいて、開発・試作購買を中核に、担当カテゴリの調達戦略立案から実行までを推進いただきます。 入社直後から全領域を単独で担う前提ではなく、ご経験のある領域を起点に周辺領域へスコープを拡張していただきます。調達機能をゼロから立ち上げる調達企画的な業務もあわせて経験できます。 ・担当カテゴリ（例：センサー／カメラ／ECU／半導体／ディスプレイ 等）における開発/試作購買の推進 ┗RFQ設計、見積査定、コスト/性能/納期のトレードオフ評価、発注・検収、課題管理 ┗開発・品質・生産準備など社内関係者との要件整理・合意形成 ・取引先パートナーの探索/選定/マネジメント ┗新規サプライヤー開拓、比較評価、採用判断に向けたレポーティング、関係構築 ・与信/コンプライアンス観点を踏まえたリスクマネジメントの実装 ┗既定プロセスの運用から入り、必要に応じて改善提案まで ・スコープ拡張に応じて、以下を段階的に担当 ┗ソフトウェアライセンス調達（条件整理、交渉、契約実務の理解・推進） ┗ソフトウェア開発委託の調達（SOW/見積妥当性評価、ベンダーマネジメント、発注管理） 【募集背景】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティの開発するAFEELAは、人とモビリティとの関係性の再定義をキーワードに、全く新しいモビリティ体験を提供するEVです。調達部門としてはその多様なニーズ（約40ものセンサー/カメラ類、AI/ソフトウェア技術の進化に耐えるECUや半導体、バッテリー、エンタテインメント体験に対応するディスプレイ/スピーカー/各種ソフトウェアライセンス等）に対し迅速に応えることで、AFEELAの価値最大化に貢献します。AFEELAは主な開発は日本で実施、生産は北米、ローンチは北米及び日本であること、また、多様なグローバルパートナーとの協業が重要な付加価値の源泉となっています。そのような状況下、エンジニア及びグローバルマーケット/パートナーと戦略的に相対し事業貢献いただけるメンバーを求めています。 目下、当社の注力するセンシング、車室内エンタメ領域の開発購買、及びD2Cビジネスモデルゆえディーラーオプション品/用品や補修部品等への対応が必要ですが、今後次世代機以降に向けて領域の拡張が見込まれます。 【所属組織】 役員直下の組織として数名程度。 1人がカバーする業務領域が広く、会社が小さく組織がフラットなため、同フロアの企画開発メンバーと日々コミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行します。 ビジネス全体を見通しやすく、裁量をもって業務に取り組める環境です。 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・立ち上げフェーズの「調達機能づくり」に参画する経験 ┗役員直下・少数精鋭の環境で、決まった型に従うのではなく、仕組み・判断軸・進め方を作る側に回れます。 ・HW（半導体/ECU/センサー/ディスプレイ等）×SW（ライセンス/開発委託）を横断する調達経験 ┗“モビリティ×ソフトウェア”が前提となる領域で、カテゴリをまたいだ調達・契約・パートナー戦略の素地が身につきます。 ・北米生産/グローバルパートナー前提の交渉経験（英語実務含む） ┗実務の中で英語を使いながら、海外パートナーや社内外ステークホルダーとの交渉・合意形成を積めます。 ・エンジニア/技術、プロダクト/ビジネスへの深い関与 ┗当社はエンジニア社長や専門性の高いエンジニアが集まり、最先端技術を用いた新しいモビリティ体験をスピード感をもって世の中に出す会社です。最先端技術をいかにスピード感をもって量産に繋げるか。プロダクトの価値向上に対し調達が担う役割は非常に大きく、 日々トップクラスのエキスパートと議論する中で、技術やサプライチェーン/事業に対する深い知見を獲得できます。 【Position Overview】 At Sony Honda Mobility (SHM), you will be responsible for development and prototype purchasing for next-generation mobility products, including AFEELA. This role is part of a small, high-caliber team in its launch phase, working directly under senior leadership. Starting from hands-on purchasing operations within your assigned category, you will progressively expand your scope to include procurement strategy, partner development, and contract/risk management—offering significant opportunities for growth as the organization scales. 【Job description】 At this early-stage phase of establishing procurement capabilities for our products—equipped with Sony Honda Mobility’s cutting-edge hardware and software technologies—you will drive development and prototype procurement across your assigned categories, from strategy planning to execution. You will not be expected to cover all areas independently from day one; rather, you will begin with your domain of experience and gradually expand your scope into adjacent areas. This role also offers the rare opportunity to help build a procurement function from the ground up, including procurement planning and process design. Key Responsibilities • Lead development and prototype procurement for assigned categories (e.g., sensors, cameras, ECUs, semiconductors, displays, etc.) ┗ Design RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct cost/performance/lead-time trade-offs, issue POs, manage acceptance, and oversee issue tracking ┗ Coordinate requirements and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, and Production Engineering • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier partners ┗ Explore and develop new suppliers, perform comparative assessments, prepare reports for sourcing decisions, and build strong supplier relationships • Implement risk management based on credit and compliance perspectives ┗ Begin with operating existing processes and propose improvements as needed • As your scope expands, gradually take on the following areas: ┗ Software license procurement (requirements definition, negotiation, contract execution management) ┗ Procurement for outsourced software development – Evaluate SOWs and quotation validity, manage vendors, and oversee order management 【Background of Recruitment 】 AFEELA, developed by Sony Honda Mobility, is an EV designed to offer an entirely new mobility experience, with the key concept of redefining the relationship between people and mobility. The Procurement Division contributes to maximizing the value of AFEELA by rapidly responding to a wide range of needs—such as approximately 40 sensors and cameras, ECUs and semiconductors capable of supporting the evolution of AI and software technologies, batteries, and displays, speakers, and various software licenses that enable immersive in‑cabin entertainment experiences. While the core vehicle development is carried out in Japan, production is planned for North America, with launch markets in both North America and Japan. Collaboration with diverse global partners is also a critical source of added value. In this context, we are seeking members who can strategically engage with engineers as well as global markets and partners to help drive the business forward. At present, our priority areas include development purchasing for sensing technologies and in‑cabin entertainment, as well as handling dealer options, accessories, and service parts required under our D2C business model. Looking ahead, we expect these responsibilities to expand further as we move toward next‑generation models and beyond. 【Department】 The team consists of only a few members and operates directly under executive leadership. Because each individual covers a broad scope of responsibilities and the company remains small with a flat organizational structure, you will work closely with planning and development members on the same floor through daily communication. 【必須（MUST）】 ・開発/試作購買に関する実務経験 2年以上・電気/電子部品（センサー、ECU、半導体、メカ部品等）に関する基礎的理解 ※設計経験は不問。仕様理解・技術部門との協業に支障がないレベルを想定 ・複数ステークホルダーを巻き込み、論点整理〜合意形成までを推進できる方 ・コスト/品質/納期等の制約条件下で、合理的な意思決定に収束させる分析/判断力 ・英語を用いた業務に抵抗がない方（流暢さより実務でのキャッチアップ意欲を重視） 【Required skills / experience】 ・At least 2 years of hands-on experience in development or prototype procurement ・Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components (e.g., sensors, ECUs, semiconductors, mechanical components, etc.) ＊Design experience is not required. We expect a level of technical comprehension that enables smooth collaboration with engineering teams. ・Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, structure key issues, and drive alignment to agreement ・Strong analytical and decision-making skills to reach rational conclusions under constraints such as cost, quality, and lead time Comfort using English in business settings ・Fluency is not mandatory—motivation to learn and catch up through practical work is valued more. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・車載領域カテゴリ（センサー/ECU/半導体/バッテリー/ディスプレイ 等）での購買/折衝実績・自動車業界（OEM/Tier1/Tier2）または同等の品質要求がある業界での調達経験 ・新規サプライヤー開拓、RFQ/RFP設計、評価スキーム運用などソーシング高度化の経験 ・契約実務（NDA、基本契約、個別契約、SOW 等）における論点整理・交渉・社内調整の経験 ・ソフトウェアライセンス、SaaS、開発委託の調達/査定/ベンダーマネジメント経験 ・与信/コンプラ、CSR/サステナビリティ、QMS観点の運用/改善経験 【Preferred skills / experience】 ・Proven experience in purchasing or commercial negotiations within automotive categories such as sensors, ECUs, semiconductors, batteries, displays, etc. ・Procurement experience in the automotive industry (OEM/Tier1/Tier2) or in industries with comparable quality and reliability requirements ・Experience enhancing sourcing capabilities, including new supplier scouting, RFQ/RFP design, and evaluation framework operation ・Experience in contract-related operations, including identifying key issues, negotiating terms, and coordinating internally for NDAs, master agreements, individual contracts, SOWs, and similar documents ・Experience in procuring, evaluating, and managing vendors for software licenses, SaaS, or outsourced software development ・Experience operating or improving processes related to credit/compliance, CSR/sustainability, and QMS perspectives 【語学力】 ・日本語：ビジネス上級レベル以上 ・英語：ビジネス上級レベル以上（USパートナーとの交渉のため）TOEIC目安800点 ※現時点で本要件を満たしているかより、積極的に英語でコミュニケーションし成果を出せるかを重視します。 【Language Skills】 ・Japanese: Advanced business level or higher ・English: Advanced business level or higher (for negotiations with US partners), TOEIC score of 800 or above ＊ Rather than requiring candidates to fully meet these qualifications at this stage, we place greater emphasis on their ability to communicate proactively in English and deliver results. |
