A global biotechnology company is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Project Manager to join its growing team in Tokyo, Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping sales strategies and strategic partnerships within the Japanese market. As a key member of the Japan Commercial Operations team, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster collaboration across alliances, and contribute to meaningful advancements in specialty care. A Typical Day: Lead the design, planning, and execution of strategic sales initiatives aligned with business objectives. Oversee advanced analytics, refining segmentation and targeting strategies to generate actionable insights. Act as a senior escalation point to ensure effective communication between sales teams, stakeholders, and alliance partners. Facilitate leadership meetings, setting strategic agendas and documenting key decisions. Manage cross－functional and alliance－driven projects, ensuring timely and high－quality delivery. Develop team members while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Identify and mitigate operational risks in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders. Represent the organization in alliance communications and external engagements, building strong partner relationships. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.Fluency in Japanese and business－level English proficiency. Minimum 5 years of progressive industry experience, including 3＋ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing. Experience in a consulting firm 【歓迎（WANT）】 Prior co－promotion or alliance experience strongly preferred.Launch experience is a plus |
