Role Summary This Senior Manager role focuses on building and managing a smooth digital experience for customers in Japan. You will lead the technical design of digital tools to ensure they work well together, follow global rules, and meet local laws. You are responsible for making sure these systems are reliable, secure, and helpful for the business. Key Responsibilities － Design and lead the technical plan for all digital platforms to make sure they are secure and easy to grow. － Manage the connection between local business needs in Japan and the company's global technology standards. － Take a hands－on approach to testing and fixing digital tools to ensure data flows correctly between different systems. － Oversee the health of websites and marketing tools while making sure all customer privacy rules are followed. － Work closely with outside vendors and internal teams to ensure all technical work meets high－quality standards. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Technical Skills－ Deep experience with digital platforms like CRM, CDP, CMS, and marketing automation. － Design how data flows between many different complex systems. － Able to personally test and verify that technical tools work correctly. － Professional experience using tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Sitecore. Experience ＆ Leadership － Worked in global companies where you balanced local needs with international rules. － Experience working in highly regulated areas like finance or healthcare. － Speak and write fluently in Japanese to manage local business partners. － Professional English skills to work effectively with global technology teams. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Worked in the consumer goods or life sciences industries.－ Familiar with using Adobe Experience Manager （AEM）. － Experience fixing and organizing messy or disconnected marketing technology systems. － Experience using AI to help manage how a business engages with customers. |
