■About the job As Medical Scientific Liaison （Vaccine） within our Vaccines Medical team, you'll be the vital connection between cutting－edge vaccine science and healthcare professionals across Japan, building trusted relationships and sharing scientific insights that help protect millions of lives. In Vaccines, you'll help advance prevention on a global scale － and shape the future of immunization. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. ■Main responsibilities: ・Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and medical institutions across Japan through proactive field engagement ・Deliver high－quality, balanced scientific information during one－to－one interactions and group settings, responding to unsolicited requests with accuracy and expertise ・Organize and facilitate local scientific meetings including hospital staff meetings and webinars, aligned with stakeholder engagement and country medical plans ・Generate valuable insights from field interactions and collaborate with internal teams to inform medical strategy and evidence－generation activities ・Support investigator－initiated research submissions and manage local advisory boards in full compliance with regulatory requirements ・Communicate the clinical value of vaccine products to healthcare decision－makers and contribute to population health outcomes ・Travel extensively （80％） across Japan to engage with healthcare professionals and build meaningful scientific relationships |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Education: MD, Pharmacy degree, or postgraduate science degree・Experience: Background in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement within healthcare or pharmaceutical settings ・Technical skills: Strong disease and therapeutic area knowledge, proficiency with CRM tools, and ability to deliver impactful scientific exchanges across multiple channels and formats ・Soft skills: Strategic thinking, business acumen, excellent interpersonal relationship building, transversal collaboration abilities, and learning agility ・Languages: Native Japanese with intermediate level spoken and written business English |
