| 仕事内容 |
Respond to inquiries of the Japanese clients via email or phone and make sure that any issues are resolved for customer satisfaction. The Client Services Analyst shall request Client Account Manager to escalate to relevant internal teams for effective and prompt resolution of the issues which cannot be resolved by Client Services in 3 days. • Managing the operational onboarding of new clients • Acting as the first point of contact for the existing clients via the completion of day-to-day queries • Assisting with the maintenance of the client hotline during business hours • Developing long standing relationships with business partners as well as internal colleagues • Providing support to the sales/business development teams by conducting internal and external research, analysis, and investigations • Representing the Head Office and the Branch as subject matter expert in meetings (both virtual and in person) with existing business partners as well as prospects • Performing monthly/quarterly performance and reconciliation tasks • Providing input on how to improve the operational efficiency of current tasks • Handling customer enquiries and maintain log of customer enquiries and complaints • Delivering product training to customers • Identifying the needs of prospective clients in assigned areas for settlement and custody • Providing solution to customer queries and maintain favorable relationship with customers to enhance their loyalty to the company • Supporting Relationship Managers in Japan to develop new business opportunities, and coordination with colleagues in other Clearstream offices for Japanese related business in overseas • Establishing and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers • Briefing and updating directly to Head of Branch and also to the Head of Customer Services North Asia on the services matters • Matters accompanying the previous items. |
