The RCE CX Network Solutions team is recruiting motivated engineers that want to be part of a collaborative, diverse and high-performance team in Japan dealing with new mobile technology areas. As a solutions verification engineer you will experience first-hand the establishment and configuration of comprehensive 5G networks spanning RAN, transport and core network domains and including real devices and applications. Besides working with the local team, you will collaborate with colleagues in several solution centers globally to be able to set up complex system features in use cases like Indoor, Neutral Host and Dedicated Networks. Realistic and customer-like network deployments are essential to validate how well Ericsson’s portfolio can support advanced use cases and satisfy the needs of our mobile operator as well as enterprise and governmental customers. In this position you will • Integrate, configure and operate 5G RAN lab networks for use cases like Indoor, Neutral Host and Mission Critical • Develop proof-of-concepts & demos supporting customer events, customer engagements and thought leadership • Support the acceleration and optimize the deliveries of customer required features and solutions • Grow your competences in the technical domain and share your knowledge with others |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 To be successful in the role you should have• An academic degree in Telecommunications or IT • Work experience (5+ years) in similar roles • Diverse set of technology know-how in following areas o 5G RAN knowledge and experience operating Ericsson RAN products o Solid IP and networking knowledge o Cloud and Core Network knowledge is a plus • Good communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English (Japanese is a plus) • Motivation and ability to interact and collaborate with diverse and remote teams • Being self-driven and having a solution-oriented attitude are key for success. |
