About the Role You will serve as a trusted legal advisor supporting offshore wind activities in Japan, while engaging with global stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as legal partner across development, construction, and operational phases of offshore wind projects • Advising on regulatory, corporate, joint venture, finance, procurement, and commercial matters • Drafting and negotiating strategic agreements, including: • Joint venture arrangements （bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, service agreements） • Project finance documentation • Procurement and construction contracts （e.g., turbine supply, EPC（I）, maritime logistics/BIMCO, port usage, etc.） • Coordinating internal and external counsel to deliver practical and cost－effective solutions • Advising senior stakeholders on legal risks, claims, and dispute matters • Supporting process improvements and strengthening collaboration across teams • Contributing commercially balanced solutions to complex legal challenges • Building strong cross－cultural working relationships across regions and disciplines |

【必須（MUST）】 Requirements ＆ ExperienceWe are seeking a commercially minded legal professional who thrives in international environments and enjoys cross－functional collaboration. • Fully qualified lawyer in Japan • 5–8＋ years of post－qualification experience （law firm and/or in－house） • Experience across construction, corporate, commercial transactions, regulatory/public policy, and/or project finance • Familiarity with international contracting standards （including FIDIC－style contracts and common law concepts） • Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic, solution－oriented advice • Experience working across civil and common law jurisdictions preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across cultures • Fluent in Japanese and English • Comfortable working independently while contributing to global teams • Openness to occasional international travel |
