・Lead monthly and annual closing and statutory reporting （IFRS, Companies Act, tax） for the assigned division. ・Oversee revenue and expense management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial controls. ・Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidation and reporting to headquarters. ・Manage budget versus actual analysis and deliver actionable financial insights to support decision－making. ・Provide strategic finance support, including contract review, internal controls, risk management, and cross－functional business partnering with corporate, operations, sales, legal, and senior leadership. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Over 10 years of experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing within a corporate environment; experience in manufacturing and multinational companies preferred.・Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning for business divisions. ・Strong track record in performance analysis and financial reporting for business units. ・Proficiency in accounting and related systems; SAP experience preferred. ・Business－level English communication skills, particularly for email correspondence, with a proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across teams with a broad business perspective. |
