1、日本子会社の運営管理を全面的に担当し、現地事業戦略を策定・実行するとともに、チームを率いて経営目標を達成する。 2、高い潜在能力を持つ人材チームを構築・管理し、チームメンバーの専門スキルを向上させる。 3、会社が割り当てるその他の業務を遂行する。 1. Take full responsibility for the operational management of the Japanese subsidiary, formulate and execute local business strategies, and lead the team to achieve business objectives. 2. Build and manage a high-potential talent team, enhancing the professional skills of team members. 3. Complete other tasks assigned by the company. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 全日制大学卒業以上、化学・材料関連専攻を優先。2. 5年以上のチーム管理経験、半導体電子材料業界での経験を優先。 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in chemistry, materials science, or related fields. 2. At least 5 years of team management experience, preferably in the semiconductor and electronic materials industry. 【歓迎（WANT）】 優れた内外への影響力、体系的な思考、顕著な問題発見・分析・解決能力。Exceptional internal and external influence, systematic thinking, and outstanding ability to identify problems and analyze solutions. |
