・Lead commercial finance team and act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership to drive performance. ・Own end－to－end FP＆A, including budgeting, forecasting, advanced analytics, and OPEX management. ・Lead total company sales planning, long－range financial planning, and regional submissions. ・Prepare executive－level materials for senior management and regional reviews. ・Support portfolio and investment decisions, manage risks and opportunities, ensure strong governance, and develop finance talent. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・10＋ years of experience in FP＆A, finance business partnering, or corporate finance roles.・Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders. ・Experience in a global or multinational environment; healthcare industry experience is a plus. ・Demonstrated people leadership with a track record of developing and mentoring talent. ・Strong analytical, problem－solving, and project management skills with excellent communication and executive presentation ability in both Japanese and English. |
