We are seeking a senior data leader to drive enterprise－level Data ＆ AI capability across a high－growth, innovation－focused healthcare organization in Japan. This role will lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI solutions that directly impact commercial and medical decision－making. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable data products, establish robust governance frameworks, and elevate data maturity across the organization. This is a high－visibility leadership role with significant autonomy and influence in shaping the future data ecosystem in Japan. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 10＋ years’ experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation rolesProven leadership delivering enterprise－scale data platforms （data lakes, analytics environments, AI/ML solutions） Strong experience translating business strategy into technical data architecture Hands－on knowledge of modern cloud ecosystems and data modeling frameworks Experience leading cross－functional stakeholders in complex, matrix environments Fluent Japanese and business－level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industriesExposure to commercial analytics, patient data ecosystems, or medical data strategy Experience managing external vendors and global stakeholders Advanced degree in data science, engineering, statistics, or related discipline Strategic mindset with strong influencing and communication skills Ability to balance hands－on data understanding with executive－level leadership |
