| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・5年以上の中途採用のフルサイクル経験（事業会社またはエージェンシー）・LinkedIn Recruiter、BizReach 等を用いたダイレクトソーシング経験 ・採用要件のインテーク〜候補者管理〜面接調整〜オファー交渉までの一連の採用実務経験 ・ステークホルダーとの折衝力、影響力、コミュニケーション能力 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力、および中級レベルの英語力（主に読み書き） ・複数ポジションを同時並行で管理できるマルチタスク能力 ・5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency) ・Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, etc. ・Proven experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation ・Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills ・Native-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency (mainly reading/writing) ・Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ソフトウェアまたはSaaS業界での営業、プリセールスなどのフロント職種の採用経験・ハードシップロールを期限内にクローズした実績 ・Workday ATS の運用経験 ・採用プロセスの最適化に積極的で、自ら課題を発見し改善策を提案・実行できる方 ・変化を柔軟に受け入れ、学習意欲と成果達成に向けた規律を持つセルフスターター ・Recruiting experience for client-facing roles such as Sales or Pre‑Sales in the software or SaaS industry. ・Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles within deadlines ・Process-oriented self-starter with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer improvements ・Hands-on experience operating Workday ATS |
