■ 主な役割 ラインシフトリーダー（LSL）は、シフト全体の 安全・品質・生産性・GMP順守・稼働率・チーム育成・損失削減 の成果に責任を持つ役割です。 他のリーダーと連携しながら、以下のような活動を主導します： 日々の運営方針（DDS：デイリー・ディレクション・セッティング）の設定 計画停止の管理と実行 損失削減のための改善活動 チームへの指導と高い基準の提示 メンバー全員が目標、担当機器、DMS（日次管理システム）を理解し、必要なサポートを受けられる環境づくり ■ 求められる成果 LSLは シフトの生産計画とLSLスコアカード目標を達成すること が求められます。 また、安全・品質ルール、IWS、DMS（例：清掃点検潤滑、計画停止、欠陥管理、インシデント除去、基本条件管理、DDSなど）が 標準どおり確実に実行され、継続的に改善される状態 をつくる責任があります。 ■ 主な職務内容（日本語＋英語要素を統合） 安全・品質手順の順守を徹底させる 生産スケジュール、RTT、KPI をチームと管理し、目標達成に導く シフトメンバーへのコーチング、育成、トレーニング ラインリーダーと連携し、損失やトラブルの根本原因を特定し改善する DDSや工場・部門の方針をチームへ共有 他のLSLと協力し、必要なエスカレーションを適切に実施 技術スキル習得やラインの優先順位設定を支援 DMS・SOPを確実に運用・記録 損失の特定と削減活動を促進 ラインボードなどの運用・更新 IWSツール（6W2H、なぜなぜ分析、フィッシュボーン等）の活用指導 切り替え（チェンジオーバー）準備を実施 ■ 働き方 LSLはラインチームの一員として働き、 約80％は設備の操作、20％はチームの調整や育成 に時間を使います。 また、ラインリーダーの判断により、 担当設備オーナーやDMSオーナーを兼任 することがあります。 ■ Key Responsibilities The Line Shift Leader (LSL) works with other functional leaders and is accountable for safety, quality, GMP compliance, process reliability/uptime, team development, loss reduction, and achievement of the shift plan. The LSL leads daily direction setting (DDS), planned stops, and action plans to reduce losses. The LSL sets high expectations, coaches the team, and ensures all members understand expected results, their equipment ownership, and the DMS (Daily Management System). ■ Expected Results Deliver shift performance and achieve the LSL scorecard by continuously improving line systems and work processes. Ensure safety and quality systems, as well as DMS processes—such as CIL, planned stops, defect handling, incident elimination, centerline management, and DDS—are executed to standard. ■ Main Duties Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures Manage line output, schedule, RTT systems, and KPIs with the team Coach, train, and develop shift team members Identify and solve root causes of losses with Line Leader Communicate DDS, line/department/plant direction Plan and execute training with Line Leader; guide team skill ownership Coordinate staffing with other LSLs and follow escalation processes Understand plant standards (safety, breaks, quality, vacations, overtime, absenteeism) Build technical skills and support reliability and loss reduction priorities Ensure all DMS and SOP documentation is completed to standard Support the team in identifying and eliminating losses Keep line boards updated Coach team in IWS tools (6W2H, fishbone, why-why, etc.) Prepare materials for changeovers ■ Work Style The LSL is a member of the line team, spending 80% operating equipment and 20% coordinating and developing the team.
