仕事内容	The opportunity We are looking for passionate and driven verification engineers to join our IVC (Integration, Verification & Certification) organization and help shape the performance of Ericsson’s next generation radio products. IVC is the last step of the development cycle of new Radios. Parts of the activities are done in collaboration with/and according to regulatory bodies/authorities globally to get approvals/certifications enabling market access. In this role, you will play a key role in defining and verifying Radio HW performance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, robustness, and compliance. As part of our team, you will translate system level requirements into practical and efficient test methods, design and maintain automated verification setups. Your work will be essential to guarantee that our radio solutions meet 3GPP, ETSI, CE, and FCC requirements and deliver world-class performance. In this role, you will also take part in shaping test requirements and developing robust verification methods that ensure our radio hardware consistently delivers the performance our customers expect. Key responsibilities - Setup test environment and perform RF measurements and validation using lab instruments and digital signal analysis tools - Analyze test results and generate test reports - Act as a technical link between the Verification team and the Test Environment development team. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into proposals for enhancements to the test environment. - Participate in pre-studies and feasibility analysis for upcoming features and test system requirements. - Support integration and execution of test cases, ensuring test environments are aligned with product needs. - Investigate and troubleshoot test system issues, driving resolution and improvement activities. - Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers; participate in cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 Who we’re looking for We welcome experienced / senior engineers seeking technical leadership opportunities.
