・ Lead regional financial planning and performance management in close partnership with senior leadership to drive overall profitability and strategic decision－making ・ Build and develop a high－performing finance team, fostering talent growth, succession planning, and a culture of accountability ・ Develop and execute multi－year strategic financial plans, translating business priorities into financial drivers, resource allocation, and investment strategies ・ Own the annual planning cycle and recurring financial reviews, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting to global stakeholders ・ Oversee regional operating expenses, governance of investments and capital initiatives, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial close and continuous process improvement |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Extensive senior finance leadership experience within complex, globally matrixed organizations, supported by a degree in finance or business and relevant professional certification or advanced qualification・ Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with deep expertise in financial statements, multi－currency environments, and business intelligence tools ・ Proven ability to lead cross－functional initiatives, operate independently with high ownership, and manage competing priorities in a fast－paced environment ・ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively to senior stakeholders and global counterparts ・ Experienced in large－scale ERP and enterprise planning systems, with a proactive, solutions－oriented mindset and strong commitment to continuous improvement and business impact |
