The team supports the Offshore Wind business across Asia－Pacific by: • Evaluating new investment opportunities • Leading project valuation analysis • Driving the Investment Approval Process • Providing clear articulation of opportunity and risk to senior leadership and Board This role offers exposure to large－scale offshore wind transactions and high impact strategic decision making. Role Responsibilities: • Develop quantitative and qualitative analysis of prospective investment opportunities • Build and review financial models （DCF－based valuation required） • Identify and challenge key valuation assumptions and value drivers • Support and manage the Investment Approval Process, including preparation of high－quality materials for Board review • Coordinate with development, engineering, commercial, and finance stakeholders • Support financial due diligence and strategic initiatives • Improve valuation methodologies and model standardization • Act as governance function, challenging assumptions while maintaining commercial mindset Why this role? • Exposure to multi－billion－yen offshore wind investments • Direct interaction with senior leadership and investment committees • Strong international collaboration within APAC • Opportunity to influence strategic investment decisions |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar• 5＋ years of experience in finance－related roles • Strong financial modelling skills （DCF essential） • Advanced Excel proficiency • Strong analytical and commercial judgement • Ability to deliver high－quality output under tight deadlines • Fluent English （written ＆ spoken） 【歓迎（WANT）】 • MBA or advanced quantitative degree• CFA, CPA, PMI or similar professional qualification • Knowledge of capital markets theory • Experience in: • Investment Banking （M＆A / Infrastructure / Energy） • Project Finance • Renewable Energy / Infrastructure investment • Financial Due Diligence |
