・ Lead day－to－day financial operations, ensuring systems, controls, and reporting structures effectively support broader business objectives ・ Oversee planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while contributing financial insights to cross－functional initiatives ・ Manage the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, regulatory filings, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders ・ Build and develop a capable finance team, setting clear performance targets and supporting long－term team growth and development ・ Support compliance and risk management through internal control design, audit coordination, and financial process improvements |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred・ Minimum of 6 years in a senior financial role, with proven experience across budgeting, reporting, tax, and audit functions ・ Proficient in using financial systems and Excel to analyze and present financial data effectively ・ Strong leadership presence, with the ability to guide teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels ・ Fluent in Japanese and English at a business level or above, with native－level proficiency in at least one of the two languages |
