・ Lead the full cycle of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment across all legal entities. ・ Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels. ・ Manage monthly financial close processes and deliver timely reports on commercial performance, including P＆L, sales, and margin analysis. ・ Oversee and mentor a team of five FP＆A professionals, ensuring high－quality output and team development. ・ Collaborate cross－functionally with finance and business teams across geographies to align financial planning and drive operational priorities. ・ Evaluate new business initiatives and investments through financial modeling, contract review, and scenario analysis. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Minimum 7 years of FP＆A experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.・ At least 5 years of team management experience, overseeing a minimum of 2 staff. ・ Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills. ・ Business－level English communication skills, both written and verbal. |
