| 仕事内容 |
・ Lead and manage the Accounting department, overseeing finance, treasury, tax, and statutory audit functions. ・ Act as a key member of the Japan leadership team, contributing directly to market strategy and execution. ・ Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. ・ Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. ・ Manage budgets, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting packages. ・ Prepare detailed financial reports including P＆L, balance sheets, and other required statements. ・ Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with local and global regulatory standards. ・ Coordinate with external tax advisors and audit partners when needed. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Controller or similar leadership role.【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA is a plus.・ Strong command of Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus. ・ Fluent in Japanese （native level or equivalent） and strong business－level English. ・ Proven leadership, problem－solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. |
