・ Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, treasury, intercompany transactions, and employee expenses. ・ Oversee month－end and year－end closings, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and internal reports. ・ Ensure accuracy of profit and loss statements and balance sheets by completing all necessary account reconciliations on time. ・ Apply relevant accounting standards （e.g., IFRS, JGAAP） appropriately and ensure ongoing compliance. ・ Improve accounting processes by automating routine tasks, streamlining workflows, and enhancing system integration to boost efficiency and accuracy. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics; CPA certification （Japan or US） or relevant finance experience・ At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including work under international accounting standards. ・ Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing teams. ・ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and intercompany processes. ・ Proficient in finance systems and ERP tools such as SAP ・ Fluent in Japanese; business－level English proficiency （TOEIC 800＋ or equivalent）. |
