・ Oversee strategic and financial planning, performance reporting, accounting, treasury operations, tax matters, internal controls, and customer credit management. ・ Develop and maintain mid－ to long－term business strategies and funding plans in partnership with senior leadership, while ensuring accurate public financial disclosures. ・ Manage cash flow, capital investments, divestments, liquidity, and dividends, and optimize treasury processes for financial efficiency. ・ Provide guidance to executive leaders, contribute to key decision－making, and communicate with stakeholders while managing risks and crisis situations. ・ Lead annual and multi－year planning, maintain KPI performance management across regions, and analyze competitive conditions to support strategic goals. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Expertise in finance, accounting, tax （including international）, treasury, AR, IT, and strategic/financial planning, with 5＋ years’ experience or equivalent.・ Strong decision－making, problem－solving, critical thinking, and results－driven organizational management skills. ・ Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, including global perspective and ability to influence cross－functional teams. ・ High learning capacity, flexibility, self－starter mindset, and proactive approach to process improvement. ・ Fluent in English, effective communicator, able to meet deadlines, challenge the status quo, and drive strategic initiatives. |
