The Store Business Analyst (BA) is a manager-level role responsible for enabling effective store operations across Gap Inc. brands in Japan and Taiwan, including Gap and Banana Republic in Japan, and Gap in Taiwan. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, global technology teams, and vendors, this role drives the delivery of scalable and reliable store technology solutions. With strong ownership and accountability, the BA focuses on understanding local operational needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting the successful implementation and adoption of global solutions in a retail store environment - ensuring store technologies are operationally ready, scalable, and aligned with both global standards and local market needs. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership •Serve as the primary business analysis partner for store application initiatives, including POS and other store-facing applications, while working in close partnership with infrastructure teams on network- and device-related topics •Engage with Store Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand operational needs, local business practices, and constraints •Participate in translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable business and functional requirements in collaboration with global technology teams •Balance global standards with Japan and Taiwan–specific operational requirements to enable effective solutions Global Collaboration •Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Program teams across regions to support application design, testing, and deployment •Represent Japan and Taiwan perspectives in global forums, taking accountability for accurately conveying local business practices and regulatory requirements •Facilitate effective communication and alignment across time zones and cultures Store Deployment & Operational Readiness •Support new store openings, renovations, and major store application rollouts from planning through execution •Coordinate testing, pilot execution, and rollout readiness with internal teams and external partners •Establish clear operational processes, documentation, and handover to support teams External Partner Collaboration •Partner with local and global external partners to support delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement •Guide structured issue triage during rollout and post-launch periods •Contribute to partner performance and service quality discussions Risk & Issue Management •Identify and assess risks, dependencies, and gaps early in the delivery lifecycle •Address issues in a timely manner in high-impact retail environments •Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively to stakeholders |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT delivery, or retail technology–related roles• Strong understanding of retail store operations and store-facing systems • Experience working with global or regional teams in a matrixed and multi-cultural organization • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills • Business-level English and Japanese required; Mandarin is a plus 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience supporting POS, Back of House applications, store infrastructure, or omnichannel store solutions• Experience working with Japan and/or Taiwan retail environments • Exposure to global enterprise systems and rollout models • Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments |
