This role involves leading clinical training and technical support for advanced medical devices across Japan. You will connect new technology with hospital needs to help doctors and nurses use products safely and effectively. By building relationships with medical experts and influencing industry standards, you will play a key part in improving healthcare quality nationwide. Responsibilities: － Design training plans and create educational materials that follow local medical rules. － Lead hands－on workshops and demonstrations for hospital staff and internal teams. － Build strong partnerships with medical experts and industry leaders to improve clinical practices. － Represent the company on committees to help update official safety guidelines and standards. － Provide expert technical support during product trials and medical procedures to help the sales team. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － University degree in a medical or life science field, such as nursing or biomedical science.－ Significant experience working in the healthcare market, specifically with endoscopy or infection control. － Proven history of success in clinical education or managing medical product portfolios. － Be able to speak and write in business－level English to work with global teams and be fluent in Japanese to communicate effectively with local customers and medical experts. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － It is helpful if you have experience working for a large international company.－ Having skills in managing budgets and financial forecasting is a plus. － A deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare system and its specific regulations is highly valued. － High professional ethics and act with integrity at all times. － Strong negotiation and problem－solving skills to handle complex situations. － Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships with others. |
