－ Own regional financial planning and performance management in close partnership with senior leadership to drive overall profitability and strategic outcomes. － Build, lead, and develop a high－performing finance team, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and strong business partnership. － Lead multi－year strategic financial planning and the annual planning cycle, translating business priorities into financial drivers, resource needs, and investment plans aligned with global frameworks. － Oversee sales, expense, and overall financial performance through regular reviews, identifying risks and opportunities while providing actionable insights across functions. － Partner with centralized accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial close, establish governance for regional investments, and drive continuous process and decision－making improvements. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Senior finance leadership experience in complex, global matrix organizations, supported by relevant education and professional certification.－ Strong analytical, modeling, and financial reporting skills, with experience in BI tools, multi－currency environments, and large ERP or planning systems. － Proven ability to lead cross－functional initiatives, work independently, and manage competing priorities effectively. － Clear and confident communicator, able to partner with and influence senior stakeholders. － Proactive, solution－driven leader with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and high－quality outcomes. |
