－ Oversee all AP operations, including purchase and payment requests, expense reimbursements, and bank payment runs. － Manage intercompany invoicing, netting processes, tax payments, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and agreed terms. － Prepare monthly accruals, control prepaid expense balances, and produce P＆L and balance sheet details for related accounts. － Perform cash forecasting for payments and support internal and external audit requests. － Contribute to local and global projects related to AP and indirect procurement systems, and support ad hoc tasks as required. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.－ At least 5 years of hands－on experience in accounts payable operations, with a solid understanding of end－to－end AP processes. － Japan Bookkeeping Level 2 or an equivalent accounting qualification, with strong ERP system experience, preferably SAP. － Business－level proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong reading and writing skills in English. － Strong problem－solving mindset and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders. |
