【配属組織名】 グローバルブランドコミュニケーション本部 グローバル戦略部 戦略グループ 【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】 Under the mission of our division - “To consistently communicate the value of the entire our Group globally to internal and external stakeholders, maximize brand value, and contribute to accelerating sustainable growth” - our organization is responsible for formulating strategies, building frameworks, and driving the PDCA cycle to optimize communication across our Group and enhance brand value. 【募集背景】 In FY2025, we are strengthening integrated corporate branding across the entire Group on a global scale. As part of this initiative, we are deploying multi-channel brand marketing and communication activities centered on the brand tagline, including public relations, social media, media campaigns, and internal communications. Looking ahead to next fiscal year, a key priority will be to organically connect these activities through data and maximize their effectiveness. Against this backdrop, we are seeking a team member who will take charge of data strategy for corporate branding activities, driving implementation and operations in collaboration with related departments and agencies. We are looking for someone who can help shape the future of global communication in a dynamic environment where the data platforms and processes you design will directly contribute to enhancing the brand value of our Group. 【職務概要】 Formulation and Execution of Marketing Operations (focus: Data Strategy) to Maximize the Effectiveness of Corporate Branding Activities 【職務詳細】 ・Formulate data strategies for corporate brand communication activities (including public relations, social media, brand campaigns, and internal communications) ・Collaborate with agency partners and related departments to build and operate implementation and measurement processes across multiple channels, such as social media, paid media, and web ・Optimize the integration of top-funnel initiatives (branding activities) and bottom-funnel initiatives (marketing activities) through data flow design and segmentation planning ・Visualize the outcomes of brand initiatives and provide actionable insights ・Act as a technical liaison among corporate, marketing, and sales teams, driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration ・Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, and manage budgets and actuals 【ポジションの魅力・やりがい・キャリアパス】 ・This position is responsible for data strategy across all corporate branding activities, including public relations, social media, media campaigns, and internal communications. 【勤務時間】 8:45~17:15(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)※フレックスタイム制あり 【想定年収】 7,800,000~10,300,000円 【雇用形態】 正社員(試用期間:3か月) 職位:主任クラス ※募集開始時の想定であり、選考を通じて決定の上、オファー時にご説明いたします。 【勤務地】東京都千代田区 住宅支援制度(寮、手当等)、子ども・介護等支援手当、通勤手当、カフェテリアプラン、各種社会保険、財形制度、持株制度等。※各種適用条件あり。 【休日休暇】 ■完全週休2日制 ■年間休日124日(2021年度) ■年次有給休暇24日(試用期間中は3日)等 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in top-funnel initiatives・Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, work management, and analytics/visualization tools ・Basic knowledge of research design and quantitative analysis ・Expertise in attribution models and marketing effectiveness measurement ・Strong English communication skills (TOEIC score over 900; emphasis on communication ability rather than score) ・Team player who can engage and influence others positively to achieve results ・Proven ability to execute beyond planning, delivering outcomes within given constraints (budget, schedule, team structure) 【最終学歴】大卒以上 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Advanced knowledge of analytics and predictive modeling・Understanding of AI applications in marketing operations ・Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) ・Work experience in a B2B environment ・Proven ability in communication and change management within complex global organizations Strong Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above; emphasis on communication ability rather than score) 【その他職種特有】 ・Positive and resilient mindset, able to embrace and overcome change and challenges with enthusiasm ・Ability to engage and collaborate beyond your own scope of responsibility, breaking down organizational silos and driving cross-functional cooperation ・Broad curiosity, willingness to learn, and growth-oriented mindset, maintaining these qualities over the long term without being limited to your own area of expertise |
