－ Lead commercial finance team and act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership to drive performance. － Own end－to－end FP＆A, including budgeting, forecasting, advanced analytics, and OPEX management. － Lead total company sales planning, long－range financial planning, and regional submissions. － Prepare executive－level materials for senior management and regional reviews. － Support portfolio and investment decisions, manage risks and opportunities, ensure strong governance, and develop finance talent. |
