＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■前向きな成長を遂げる企業 業界トップレベルの技術と製品を提供し、エレクトロニクスや宇宙、バイオテクノロジー、医薬品、食品など様々な先端分野の発展に貢献しています。顧客からの発注数は増加中であり、成長中のビジネスの中で長期的にご就業頂けます。 ■製造業でのスキル活用 国内に複数工場を持ち、今後は更なる新工場立ち上げ予定など、前向きな動きもございます。メーカー企業での経験を活かして活躍するチャンスです。 ■英語スキルの活用 経理財務は本ポジションを含む5名体制となり、部下4名をマネジメント頂きます。レポート先の国内GMは外国籍の方となるため、日常的に英語を使用頂くインターナショナルな環境で、言語スキルを発揮頂けます。 ■ハイブリット勤務の活用 週2日程度の在宅勤務が使用可能ですので、オンサイト勤務に戻る風潮のある現在でも、引き続き通勤時間を他に充てる働き方が可能です。 ■自己成長支援に積極的な文化 多様な研修やEラーニングの提供、資格試験受験料の支援など、従業員のさらなる成長を後押しする制度が充実しています。会社のサポートを受けながら、自らの手でキャリアを築いていくことが可能です。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ － To be the finance face of the product company － Protect the assets of the entity － Closely cooperate with GM and local management team to provide expert finance advice and insight, acting as primary finance business partner to the team. － Implement a local procure in agreement with the integration team and division. － Educate the management team and wider organization － Ensure that monthly reporting is done within deadlines and to excellent quality. － Support GM （and initially integration team） in developing the business in line with the divisional strategy in a sustainable and profitable manner. － Mentor and develop the local finance team. － Provide good quality analysis relating to the company to the division and business area when requested. － Participate as relevant in wider finance initiatives |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 3＋ years of experience in business controlling－ Excellent planning, organization, and task prioritization skills. － Native level Japanese, and business level English. － Strong knowledge of local legal requirements. － Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, orientation in modern IT structures and processes |
