仕事内容 Work closely with in-region hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment execution.
Oversee sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, managing the entire process from initial contact through to offer acceptance or rejection.
Proactively source candidates using various platforms and networking strategies, ensuring alignment with the business's growth objectives and culture.
Support talent acquisition and employer branding projects by collaborating with TA leader and cross-functional teams to strengthen employer brand presence, streamline recruitment efforts, and attract top talent in line with business goals.
Ad-hoc support in other recruitment-related tasks such as arrangement of onsite interviews and coordinate facilities, etc.
Stay attuned to changes in market talent trends, collect relevant information (e.g. compensation data), and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure swift adjustments in recruitment practices to align with market demands.
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements as well as talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

【雇用形態】

正社員

※試用期間:あり(通常3~6ヶ月。その間の待遇に変更はありません)

年俸制(年収:600万円 ~ 1,000万円)

※ご経験、能力、前職給与を考慮の上、当社規定により決定いたします。

※インセンティブ制度:あり(業績達成度に応じる)

日本国内拠点(東京都内)

※将来的には、事業戦略に基づき国内外への出張・転勤の可能性があります。

【勤務時間】

9:00 ~ 18:00(休憩60分)

完全週休2日制(土・日)

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage
Interview, and stakeholder management skills is a plus
Good learning attitude, self-motivated and organized
At least 4 years of working experience in recruitment ideally from OTA/ Internet/ Recruitment Agencies
Well versed with LinkedIn and local job boards
Able to speak business level English and Japanese to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree and above
