＊ Lead and develop a finance team of two （AR/AP）, while providing finance support to multiple manufacturing operations. ＊ Own the monthly financial close process independently, and support forecasting and annual budgeting activities. ＊ Manage all statutory, tax, fixed asset, and corporate secretarial requirements, including depreciation and asset－related tax filings. ＊ Prepare and report financial results to corporate, clearly articulating monthly performance drivers and variance/gap analysis to the Financial Controller. ＊ Deliver value－added financial analysis and insights to support data－driven decision－making, and handle ad hoc finance assignments as required. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ＊ Audit background or relevant experience within a multinational company, preferably in a manufacturing environment.＊ Strong technical expertise in Japanese GAAP, international accounting standards, and local tax regulations. ＊ Advanced systems and tools proficiency, including Oracle, Hyperion （preferred）, and advanced Excel capabilities. ＊ Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization. ＊ Degree in Accounting or higher, with a proven track record of independent ownership, resilience under pressure, continuous process improvement, and readiness to take on new challenges. |
