M&A戦略の策定および実行をリードし、事業開発を推進する。 ディールソーシング、バリュエーション、契約交渉など、M&Aプロセス全体をハンズオンで遂行。 チームを率いて、部門横断的な協力を促進し、プロジェクトの成功を確保。 市場動向や規制変更を把握し、戦略に反映。 クライアントやステークホルダーとの強固な関係構築。 Lead the formulation and execution of M&A strategies and drive business development. Execute the entire M&A process hands-on, including deal sourcing, valuation, and contract negotiations. Lead teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, incorporating insights into strategic planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 M&A、事業開発、またはコーポレートファイナンス領域で少なくとも8年以上の経験。ディール実行におけるハンズオンの実績（FAやValuation、契約交渉など）。 チームマネジメント経験（リーダーシップを発揮し、複数プロジェクトを管理）。 強力な分析力と問題解決能力。 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル。 英語力：読み書きビジネスレベル At least 8 years of experience in M&A, business development, or corporate finance. Proven hands-on experience in deal execution (including "Financial Advisory, valuation, and contract negotiation). Team management experience, demonstrating leadership and managing multiple projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Business-level proficiency in reading & writing English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 公認会計士（JCPA）またはCPA関連資格。コンサルティングファームや投資銀行での経験。 クロスボーダーM&Aの経験。 MBAまたは同等の学位。 英語力：スピーキングビジネスレベル Certified Public Accountant (JCPA) or CPA related qualification. Experience at a consulting firm or investment bank. Experience in cross-border M&A. MBA or an equivalent degree. Business-level proficiency in speaking English. |
