Manage the portfolio within Japan Maintain, enhance, and standardize portfolio governance rules, processes, and controls. Ensure compliance with audit, risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements. Identify and manage cross‑portfolio risks, dependencies, and constraints. Lead capacity and resource planning to optimize execution across initiatives. Portfolio Planning & Prioritization Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers on Intake and Prioritize initiatives in the portfolio in line with company strategy. En the portfolio with the company strategy. Ensure alignment with OKRs and long‑term products or technology roadmaps. Resolve cross‑functional conflicts and sequencing challenges across the portfolio. Process Improvement & Best Practices Continuously drive improvements in the portfolio and agile/Waterfall delivery process and develop/deliver training to build best practices. Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality Responsible for portfolio reporting and management. Develop and apply best practices and tools for project portfolio execution and management reporting. Maintain a library of portfolio documentation and presentation material. Providing consistent and effective portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and reports that reflect the performance of the project’s portfolio. Value Realization & KPI Management Define and track portfolio KPIs and performance metrics. Monitor and report on value realization and financial impacts. Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision‑making. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 <Skill & experience>・Experience in accounting, planning&analysis, consulting, auditing or a similar field in Financial/Insurance Industry・Good understanding of life insurance financial matters・Extensive working experience (more than five years) in accounting, financial controlling or financial analysis and planning function in a managerial and leadership position・Possesses technical expertise – knowledge of accounting rules (JGAAP, IFRS), Tax and various regulations of insurance business・Has good soft skills such as problem solving, time management, people management, leadership capability・Good understanding of actuarial knowledge, expense management and management reporting・Strong mind set of process improvement and transformation・Experience as a project and program lead managing mid to long term process change・Must be bilingual (English and Japanese)・Good understanding of accounting processes and of internal controls・Exceptional financial, strategic thinking, analytical skills and negotiation skill <People management> ・Ability to initiate and drive strategic initiatives. Open to change and willing to learn new things. Able to motivate and empower peers and staff to deliver high-quality results.・Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to establish strong partnerships and deliver exceptional value.・Ability to swiftly and effectively delegate high priority and time sensitive tasks to Senior Managers and staffs.・Ability to manage and develop staff and division's output and deliverables |
