仕事内容 Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:
• Manage IT carve-out and integration programs to enable business growth and maximize value creation during M&A activities
• Drive IT program and project management, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met across complex, multi-country initiatives
• Oversee post-merger IT integration of applications, infrastructure, and processes to unlock synergies and support business transformation
• Manage system implementation and migration projects, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring successful adoption and improved efficiency
• Assess and design application and infrastructure landscapes, recommending improvements, consolidations, and optimizations to support scalable growth
• Coordinate with teams to manage risks, dependencies, and change management during transition and transformation programs
• Provide executive-level reporting on IT program progress, risks, and integration outcomes to drive informed decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT operations strengthen business continuity and performance during organizational changes
• Utilize business-fluent English and Japanese in daily communication with stakeholders; Chinese proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure IT strategy accelerates M&A success and long-term value realization
• Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT
• Optimization of IT service processes, establishment and introduction of management tools and systems – including Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI
• Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.)
• Active engagement in sales & new business development activities explicitly expected
労働条件 Contract Period (契約期間)

Employment Type: Permanent Employee (Seishain / 無期雇用).

Probationary Period: 3 to 6 months.

Term of Contract: Indefinite (No fixed term).


Work Location (勤務地)

Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home.

Note: In-person client meetings or occasional travel to the Tokyo hub may be required depending on client needs.


Working Hours (勤務時間)

System: Flex-Time System with Core Hours.

Core Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Ensures team alignment and client availability).

Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day.

Overtime:

Includes Fixed Overtime Pay (Minashi Zangyo) for 45 hours per month.

Note: As a Sales Executive, productivity is measured by output and target achievement rather than hours logged.


Salary & Allowances (給与)

Annual Salary: JPY 10 Million ~ JPY 30 Million (Base + OTE).

Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance and target attainment (On-Target Earnings - OTE).

Allowances:

Remote Work Allowance: JPY [5,000 - 10,000] per month for home office expenses.

Client Entertainment & Travel: Fully reimbursed for all business-related travel and client meetings.

Salary Review: Performance-based review once or twice a year.


Holidays & Vacation (休日・休暇)

Annual Holidays: 125+ days per year.

Days Off: Complete 2-day weekend system (Sat/Sun), National Holidays.

Paid Leave: 10 days of annual paid leave granted after 6 months.

Special Leave: Year-end/New Year break (Dec 29 - Jan 3), Sick leave, and Personal ”Refresh” days.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the advisory field and / or relative project experience
• Expert knowledge in MS Power Point and Excel is a must
• Expert knowledge of consulting methods
• Experience in one or more areas of our portfolio (Data Analytics, AI or CyberSec preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven sales and New Business Development track record in Asia, preferably existing business network in Singapore or Japan
• Certificates in project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) or IT management (e.g. ITIL, Cobit) preferred
• Familiarity with CIO/CTO/CDO Advisory and experience in Post Merger Integration and Sourcing are an additional plus
• Enjoy working independently and driven to produce results with a minimum amount of supervision
• Business Fluency in English and Japanese
• Mandarin or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
