仕事内容 We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Founding GTM based in Tokyo, Japan, to join our rapidly growing business. As a Founding GTM focused on AI agent products, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales with a focus on technology solutions, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in enterprise settings.


About the role:
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
• Work with our GTM team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective enterprise customers in key industries.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and driving them to closure.
• Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.


Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise client organizations, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our AI Agents as transformative tools to address their business goals.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our AI products and drive customer engagement.


Contract Proposal and Negotiation:
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to develop contract proposals and solutions that align with customer requirements and priorities.
• Work with the GTM leader on deal negotiations and contract discussions with prospective customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that maximize revenue and value for both parties.


Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the AI and LLM space.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning in the marketplace.


労働条件 1. Contract Period (契約期間)

Employment Type: Permanent Employee (Seishain / 無期雇用).

Probationary Period: 3 to 6 months.

Term of Contract: Indefinite (No fixed term).

2. Work Location (勤務地)

Location: Fully Remote / Work from Home.

Note: In-person client meetings or occasional travel to the Tokyo hub may be required depending on client needs.

3. Job Duties (業務内容)

Role: Sales Executive (GTM Team)

Core Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Operations, etc.) in target industries to introduce our AI Agent solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and post-sale handoff.

Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback and refine the AI Agent’s value proposition for the Japanese market.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (ARR/MRR).

Scope of Change: Duties may change within the scope of Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success as determined by the company's growth needs.

4. Working Hours (勤務時間)

System: Flex-Time System with Core Hours.

Core Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Ensures team alignment and client availability).

Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day.

Overtime:

Includes Fixed Overtime Pay (Minashi Zangyo) for 45 hours per month.

Note: As a Sales Executive, productivity is measured by output and target achievement rather than hours logged.

5. Salary & Allowances (給与)

Annual Salary: JPY 8 Million ~ JPY 18 Million (Base + OTE).

Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance and target attainment (On-Target Earnings - OTE).

6. Holidays & Vacation (休日・休暇)

Annual Holidays: 125+ days per year.

Days Off: Complete 2-day weekend system (Sat/Sun), National Holidays.

Paid Leave: 10 days of annual paid leave granted after 6 months.

Special Leave: Year-end/New Year break (Dec 29 - Jan 3), Sick leave, and Personal ”Refresh” days.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Qualifications:
• Excellent Japanese proficiency with fluent English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and enterprise software.
• Understanding of AI and/or big data technologies preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals. Previous experience in a startup environment or early-stage company is preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
