Summary • Ensure the continued growth of zongertinib by driving patient centric strategies and deepening market understanding Tasks ＆ responsibilities • Develop local marketing strategy and tactics by close collaboration with various stakeholders based on global strategy and initiatives • Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short－term and long term • Monitor performance via agreed KPIs • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy • Develop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients • Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars and symposiums • Plan and execute trainings for field force together with field training team • Work collaboratively with other functions （Medical, Sales, etc.） within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial initiatives for the products • External vendor management • Conduct budget management • Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Requirements• Bachelor or master’s degree from accredited institution • 2＋ years of experience in marketing （sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred） • Good understanding of lung cancer • Product launch experience is a plus • Good project management and excellent cross functional collaboration skills with ability to work with global matrix teams • Agile and effective working style in a fast－paced and changing environment • Fluent in Japanese and English with very good leadership, communication, and presentation competencies • Willing to work in a global environment |
