【必須（MUST）】 − CPA or USCPA with 7＋ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting− Experience leading finance transformation or accounting system projects − Business－level English and Japanese communication skills − Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and multiple workstreams − Strong interest in financial DX, data strategy, and global consulting work |
