Lead the delivery of large－scale renewable energy projects in Japan from feasibility and mid－stage development through construction and transition into operations. The role has an initial focus on a large－scale battery energy storage system （BESS） project. Responsibilities include ownership of the business case, budget, schedule, safety, and overall project performance. The Project Director coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams, ensures alignment with governance bodies, and prepares projects for successful late－stage development, construction, and operational handover. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy or power generation projects• Proven experience delivering large－scale renewable energy projects in Japan and/or the APAC region • Expertise in at least one core discipline （project management, electrical, mechanical, commercial, or procurement） • Strong commercial and financial understanding with experience optimizing project economics • Business－level proficiency in English • Ability and willingness to work on－site in Japan 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience with battery energy storage systems （BESS） or similar renewable technologies in Japan• Strong understanding of the Japanese renewable energy market and development environment • Business－level proficiency in Japanese • Experience working with both international and Japanese partners, contractors, and advisors • Established relationships with major suppliers or contractors in the renewable or BESS sector |
