• Develop and implement regulatory engagement strategies to support the company’s business goals and interests in Japan. • Monitor and analyze Japan policy developments, legislative initiatives, and regulatory trends that may affect the company’s operations and overall compliance landscape. • Lead and drive the company’s dialogue with Japan national and local policymakers, industry associations, think tanks, and other relevant stakeholders in Japan . • Represent the company in policy exchanges, consultations, and related forums, clearly articulating the company’s perspectives and contributing to constructive dialogue. • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including legal, compliance, public relations, and business units—to assess Japan policies and ensure effective coordination in support of consistent, well-informed engagement with external stakeholders. • Provide tactical and strategic support on regulatory inquiries and related situations, advancing to the company’s continued growth in the Japan. |
