Importation and Procurement: • Ensure that the Import Department is running with an uninterrupted operation. • Supervise the Quality Assurance Officer. • Monitors implementation of purchasing controls and procedures to ensure efficient working practice of the Import Department. • Develop controls, procedures and strategies necessary to import operation. • Monitors compliance to all import regulations, licensing and registration. • Maintains a reputable relationship with suppliers, forwarders, brokers and outside parties. • Communicate the cost simulation for the potential purchase items to the sales team. • Ensure that we achieve the best possible landing cost. • Monitor foreign in－transit payables. • Attends to Import Department’s issues and concerns that are beyond their capabilities. • Ensures that all incidental cargo insurance claims are communicated and filed to concerned parties and monitors status. • Monitors the import team in obtaining cargo insurance where applicable. • Supervises the Quality Assurance Officer in the Product Registrations, amendments and renewals. • Attend to Quality Assurance Officer pertaining to product registration concerns. • Facilitates in transmitting a well－defined exchange of communication with the supplier when necessary. • Handles formal trade correspondences. • Visits International Food Exhibitions only as directed by the Managing Director. • Handles Import Department’s systems and procedures modification and enhancement when necessary. • Monitors Import Department in conducting Supplier’s accreditation procedure. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor degree in business （accountancy, finance）, materials management, operations management or related field.• Extensive experience in Food Importation; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in importation with general and cost accounting background. • Excellent interaction and organization skills. • Good written and verbal communications skills. • Self－motivated and able to work under pressure. • Holds a leadership mentality and problem－solving capability. |
