Role Description In this role, you lead the quality team at a manufacturing plant to make sure all medical products are safe and built correctly. You oversee daily factory operations and ensure every item meets strict health and safety rules before it is sold. Key Responsibilities － Check and approve final production documents to ensure everything follows the law. － Lead the team in finding and fixing any problems with materials or finished products. － Investigate customer complaints to find the cause of the problem and prevent it from happening again. － Manage any changes made to the manufacturing process to keep product quality high. － Supervise the testing lab and all inspections of parts and finished goods. You work closely with the engineering and supply chain teams to keep quality high at every step. You talk with global offices to make sure the local plant follows international company standards. You manage the department budget and make sure the team has the tools they need. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree or higher in science, technology, engineering, or math.－ 5＋ years of experience in a technical role like quality or manufacturing. 3＋ years of experience leading and managing a team of people. － Deep understanding of international quality standards like ISO 13485. － Know the Japanese laws regarding medical devices and quality management. － Srong logical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems with data. － Be able to speak and write in both Japanese and English at a business level. － Must reside near or able to relocate to Fukushima. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － It is helpful if you have a certification in process improvement like Six Sigma.－ Experience leading large projects from the beginning to the end. － Coaching style to help your team members grow. |
