■Company Overview SODA Inc. operates SNKRDUNK, Japan’s leading fashion and collectibles marketplace with over 6 million monthly active users. Following our strategic partnership with KREAM (a NAVER group company) in October 2023, we are rapidly accelerating our expansion across North America and Asia. As a high-growth startup aiming for a "swing-by" IPO within the next few years, we are looking for a key member to drive our global presence to the next level. ■Mission As a core member of the Global Business Division, your mission is to maximize user acquisition and brand awareness in the North American market. This is not just an "operations" role; you will be the bridge between local market trends and our product. You will lead the entire process—from strategic planning to hands-on execution—working closely with our Japan-based development team and Global Manager to scale our business globally. ■Key Responsibilities In this fast-paced environment, you will lead global expansion across three primary pillars: 1. Campaign & Promotion -Design end-to-end promotional strategies aligned with North American peak seasons and major product drops. -Direct development and creative requests to Japan-based PMs and creative teams, ensuring seamless bilingual communication (Japanese/English). -Execute and manage campaigns from initial setup to final delivery and performance tracking. 2. Community & Channel Growth -Build and nurture a loyal fanbase across SNS platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.). -Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with North American influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). -Enhance user experience and Lifetime Value (LTV) through targeted CRM initiatives, including email marketing and push notifications. 3. Market Insight & Events -Conduct ongoing research on North American trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. -Support on-the-ground execution for sponsorships and exhibitions at major collectible/sneaker events and festivals in the U.S. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 -Language: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.-Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or E-commerce operations. -Skillset: Strong multi-tasking and project management skills with a data-driven mindset. 【歓迎(WANT)】 -Marketplace Expertise: Experience in C2C platforms or marketplace business models.-Domain Knowledge: Deep passion for or knowledge of fashion, sneakers, or collectibles (e.g., TCG). -Data Literacy: Experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies using tools like GA4. ■Portrait of a person -True Ownership: A self-starter who identifies challenges and proactively proposes/implements solutions rather than waiting for instructions. -Hands-on Agility: Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with the grit required for day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced environment. -Cross-cultural Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate time zone differences and cultural nuances while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team. |
