■Basic purpose of the job ・Deliver the successful project goal, including hyper care of global standard system deployment （SAP S4/HANA） in commercial SCM and 3PL area of pharmaceutical business process following all Quality ＆ cGMP standards ・Establish system and operation robustness as a system key user after deployment ・Realize continuous business efficiency improvement by maximizing deployed system capability ・Foster digitalization in the HP Supply Japan organization ■Accountabilities ・Deploy global standard system （SAP S4/HANA） as a project member ・Organize and/or provides trainings users ・Drive demand and change management regarding systems （e.g. new requirements, bug fixes and CAPA） ・Ensure system and operational robustness ・Continuous exchange with end users to realize future improvement of global template/system set－up as a system key user ・Initiate and promote the digitalization within the organization ・Foster communication and support cultural change towards digitalized processes |

【必須（MUST）】 ■Knowledge・Pharmaceutical SCM and logistics process ・3PL management ・cGMP/Quality ■Skills ・Collaboration/teamwork among cross functional teams ・Coordination ・Strategic thinking ・Fast learner, desire for improvement Required Education ■Degree / Education ・Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience ■Major / Focus ・Background in business administrations, IT system, pharmaceutical science, engineering, production knowledge, material ・management, mathematics/statistics or the equivalent in experience 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ERP Implementation experience （Project lead or Key User/ Super User）・Interface set－up between ERP and 3PL system （Project lead or Key User/ Super User） ・Computer System validation experience |
