| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Experience in insurance consulting or insurance industry roles, covering strategy, business change, or technology initiatives・Background in business planning, process improvement, system－related projects, or transformation programs ・Demonstrated project leadership and people management experience at Manager level or above ・Strong communication skills in Japanese （JLPT N1 for foreigners） and English, with experience working in multicultural environments |
