・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the E－commerce division. ・Present financial insights and reports to the Executive Committee and management. ・Act as key business partner between brands, finance, and leadership teams. ・Manage variance analysis, investment performance, and capital expenditure tracking. ・Ensure compliance with Japan/US GAAP, statutory reporting, and SOX. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・5＋ years of finance experience, ideally in FP＆A or business finance.・Strong knowledge of Japan GAAP, US GAAP, and financial reporting. ・Business－level Japanese and English communication skills. ・Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex financial issues. ・Proactive, results－driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability. |
