■弊社について 弊社は、「マウスピース型矯正装置」のパイオニア企業である、米国発企業のの日本法人です。 世界全体で23万人以上の歯科医を顧客に持ち、これまでに世界で2000万人を超える患者様が当社の歯科矯正による治療を受けています。 2022年には歯列矯正装置としては初受賞となる「グッドデザイン賞」を受賞。 透明で目立たないデザインに加え、食事中は取り外しが可能という日常への取り入れやすさがQOLを高める歯科矯正ソリューションとして評価されました。 弊社はグローバルでトップクラスのマウスピース歯科矯正の実績を誇っており、日本でも高いシェアを獲得しております。 ■JD □SUMMARY To support our expansion and growth acceleration strategy in Japan, we are looking for a Head of Finance to lead our fast paced business and dynamic team. This strategic plus hands-on role offers both responsibility partnering with our business and developing our finance talent pipeline. This represents a unique opportunity to contribute to our Align team and Asia Pacific. This position will report to VP Finance, APAC with dotted-line reporting our Japan business head, VP and Managing Director Japan. □ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of: Strategic Leadership, Business Partnering and FPA - Lead and support VP Japan as we build and enhance the growth strategies, tactics and execution. Be a critical peer in developing and guiding execution. - Provide business partnering support to business leaders in the following areas: o Analyzing business needs o Correlate scenarios, triangulate data to drive business decision making o Strategize, weigh in on business models, workflows to enable growth o Explore opportunities and find solutions to problems o Comfortable as a business change leader - Lead other FPA deliverables in the following areas: o financial planning and analysis o monitoring of business results covering managing and controlling OPEX budget, sales, promotions, and business segments/customer profitability analysis - Build business models for investments and commercial projects for decision making - Responsible for overall budgeting and rolling forecasts for Japan Controllership - Ensure accounting policies and procedures comply with legal and Corporate policies including compliance (FCPA) - Review, implement and maintain an effective and robust internal controls system in compliance to SOX requirements, and ensure adherence to approval processes - Responsible for working capital management including AR collection and payment processing and controls Talent - Lead Japan finance. - Continue to build and develop a high performing team to support Japan accelerated growth. - Accelerate team skills and competency to be both business partners and strong financial custodians. Project and Process Improvement - Drive identified process improvement projects and lead team on culture of improvement, best in class and change leadership. - Lead both ad hoc Japan and regional finance projects. Statutory and Management Reporting and Taxation - Responsible for timely, consistent and accurate monthly local GAAP and US GAAP for group reporting o Lead the monthly close process o Responsible for Revenue, ASP, OPEX and Balance Sheet review & comments o Review monthly reconciliations for submission to US - Manage tax reporting, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax and business tax filing in compliance with regulatory requirements. ■働きかた 週5日出社 フレックスあり、オフィスは目黒駅すぐです。 |
