【About the Position】 The Solutions Architect serves as the owner of technical decision-making and solution design within the Sales team, acting as a bridge between customer requirements and KOMOJU’s products. With a primary focus on Technical Pre-Sales, the role also involves understanding customers’ technical backgrounds, constraints, and future plans beyond initial implementation, and works with cross-functional teams to define optimal solution approaches. Rather than focusing on isolated technical explanations or one-off responses, this role requires sound judgment that considers the validity of requirements, technical feasibility, and medium- to long-term impact. We welcome people who are constantly looking to improve both their technical acumen as well as ability to win clients on our solutions. - Partner with the Sales team to analyze and structure customer requirements from a technical perspective. - Define and explain realistic solution approaches based on KOMOJU’s products, architecture, and technical constraints. - Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with accurate and consistent guidance. - Clarify assumptions, constraints, and feasible options for ambiguous or incomplete requirements. - Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts as needed to enhance customer understanding and validate solution approaches - Identify potential technical considerations that may arise beyond initial implementation and help organize follow-up discussions as needed. - Share recurring customer feedback, technical themes, and decision context with internal stakeholders to drive improvements in product and sales processes. |

【必須(MUST)】 <Required Experience>- 3+ years of experience in roles such as 3+ years of Technical pre-sales/post-sales (Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Solutions Consultants, Technical Account Manager, Technical Support Engineer etc.) - Experience providing technical support during pre-sales or solution evaluation phases for web services or SaaS products <Technical Skills> - Solid understanding of API-based system integrations and data flows, with the ability to use SQL to inspect and validate data structures and states - Ability to understand and explain system architecture and data flows at a conceptual level - Ability to read code and understand execution flow and potential impact (use of AI tools is acceptable) - Effective use of AI tools to accelerate technical problem-solving and improve work efficiency <Soft Skills> - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Engineers, and customers - Strong judgment to balance customer needs with product strategy and technical constraints - Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic client environments <Language Requirements> - Native-level Japanese and business-level English for technical discussions 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Experience in payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS domains- Experience making technical judgments in situations with ambiguous requirements or constraints - Experience explaining technical concepts and constraints to non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with CRM tools (Preferably Salesforce)and sales enablement platforms is a plus. |
