The Senior Service Commercial Manager is responsible for leading and executing commercial service strategies. This role requires strong leadership in developing business opportunities, optimizing service sales, deep understanding of the healthcare industry and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross－functional teams to drive growth, enhance service value propositions, and achieve organizational targets. Main Responsibilities ・Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the service business, identify new opportunities, and expand into new markets, aligned with company goals. ・Lead, manage, and motivate direct/indirect service sales teams, achieving targets for revenue, and contract capture rate. ・Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with customer needs and market trends. ・Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the service business unit. ・Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. ・Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Job Experience・Minimum of 8 years of experience in service sales, commercial management, or a related role within the healthcare industry. ・Demonstrated track record of achieving growth targets and developing successful commercial strategies. Skill / Knowledge ・Strong understanding of service sales, service marketing, sales processes, and market dynamics. ・Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship－building skills. ・Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal. Competency ・Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans. ・Internal and external stakeholder management. ・Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross－functional collaboration. ・Analytical mindset with proficiency in business planning and reporting. Education ・Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Sciences, or a related field （Master's degree preferred）. |
