A global healthcare company is looking for a leader to manage its public image and brand identity. In this role, you will help people like patients, the media, and employees understand what the company stands for. You will use creative communication plans to build trust and make sure the company’s message is the same all over the world. Responsibilities: － Lead projects to improve the company's reputation and define its global brand identity. － Create and share high－quality content across many different media platforms. － Build strong relationships with journalists and manage important media events. － Protect the company’s image by handling communication during difficult or sensitive situations. － Adapt global goals into local projects and use data to track their success. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Proven history of working directly with journalists and managing media events.－ Experience creating and leading complete communication strategies. － Able to write and produce high－quality content independently without relying on agencies. － Skilled at managing brand standards and leading projects with different teams and vendors. － Speak fluent Japanese and Business English while understanding pharmaceutical industry rules. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Direct experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.－ In－house corporate branding experience. － Technical proficiency in digital communication platforms and emerging digital tools. Can create logical and creative content that is clear for many different audiences. Good at influencing people and working with many different partners. Calm under pressure and can adapt quickly to a changing workplace. |
