Who We Are Looking For As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the field engineering through site improvement and operational team support, ensuring that data centers are efficient, reliable, and safe. This position works cross-functionally to operation team, initiate and lead engineering solutions or mitigations against customer/internal audit. Conduct Troubleshoot, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve/mitigate the issues. Directly support operational issues with ad-hoc training, complex operating procedure reviews, including critical equipment, and failure event support.　Initiate and lead the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions, which improve availability, and increase efficiency. We are looking for a candidate with a strong and solid background in data center design or operations and proven experience in mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and vendors, strong leadership qualities, and solid technical expertise. The ability to collaborate effectively with other departments across the organization is also essential. Job Responsibilities • Responsible for live datacenter engineering and ensuring high reliability facilities. • Support operations and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner, minimizing impact and ensuring high availability of services. • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, and ensure all staff adhere to them. • Develop, implement, and maintain various documents, including new processes, procedures to improve reliability and efficiency • Facilitate communication between departments and promote a collaborative work environment. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data center. • Ability to develop/create better process/mechanisms/documentations for continuous improvement

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 • 短大卒以上の学歴を有する方 • 施設運用または設計において6年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方 • ミッションクリティカル施設（特にデータセンター）の設計、建設、運用、保守に関する実務経験がある方を歓迎 • 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルをお持ちの方 • スピード感のある環境で、主体的に業務を進めながら複数のタスクを並行してこなせる方 • 安全規制および安全手順に関する知識をお持ちの方 • 顧客対応力が高く、高い顧客満足を目指して行動できる方 • 機器仕様書、契約条件、業務範囲（Scope of Work）の内容を理解できる方 • 優れた顧客対応力とリーダーシップを兼ね備えた方 • 問題解決能力および根本原因分析（RCA）に長けている方 • リーダーシップと問題解決能力を兼ね備えた方 • 建築基準法および地域の関連規制に関する知識をお持ちの方 • 図面、仕様書、提出書類（サブミット）の読解・作成・解釈に関する経験がある方 • 設計コンセプトを検討段階から具体化し、導入・量産段階まで一貫して進める能力をお持ちの方 • データセンター関連の機械設備・電気設備の基礎知識を有する方（例：UPS、発電機、スイッチギア、インバーター、ATS/STS、チラー（空冷・水冷）、ポンプ、クーリングタワー、熱交換器、CRAH、外気冷却システムなど） • Associate degree or higher. • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in facility operations or design. • Prefer to have direct experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of safety regulations and safety procedures. • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. • Ability to comprehend equipment specifications, contract terms, and scope of work. • Exceptional customer experience and leadership skills. • Excellent in problem solving and root cause analysis. • Possess leadership and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region. • Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents. • Ability to carry design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production • Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers (Including but not limited to: UPS, generator, switchgear, variable frequency drives, automatic/static transfer switches, chillers [air-cooled and water-cooled], pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, CRAHs, air economizers, etc...) 【歓迎（WANT）】 CDCP, CDFOM, Chief Electrical Engineer, Qualified Person for Energy Management, Refrigeration Mechanical Manager Certificate or similar, are highly desirable.
