＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■安定した需要を持つビジネス 変化の多い自動車業界に属する企業ですが、以前として国内の需要は高く、更に伸びていく余地もある製品を扱っています。長期的な就業をする上での安心感をお持ち頂けます。 ■シェアドサービスの活用 Accounting業務は3－4名のチーム、および海外のシェアドサービスが対応しています。日々のAP, AR, Cash管理は大部分がシェアドサービスの対応となるため、決算や税理士とのコミュニケーション等の作業に集中頂けます。 ■海外への直接レポート Accounting Managerとしては珍しく、APACが直接のレポートラインとなりますので、日常的に英語スキルを活用頂けます。 ■残業の少ない環境 現職の経理財務チームはあまり残業をせずに帰社できており、コアタイム無のフレックス制度も併用されています。週2日程度の在宅勤務も使用可能ですので、業務とプライベートとのメリハリをつけやすい環境です。 【業務内容詳細】 Responsibilities: － Oversees all daily General Ledger accounting activities － Administers monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities － Produces annual/monthly financial statements and notes, e.g. HFM report, department expense report and etc. － Approve indirect purchasing request via Ariba system. － Balance Sheet monitoring ＆ analysis, in charge of accounts reconciliation review, any outstanding item should be cleared on time. － Assists in development ＆ monitoring Cash Flow forecast － Work closely with FSSC on AP/AR/GRIR pending issue clearance and make sure payment processed on time. － Review tax calculation to ensure compliance with local tax law － Timely submit government report per local requirement. － Interfaces with senior management ＆ audit personnel ＆ tax consultant ＆ government officer － Oversees annual internal control plans ＆ SOX activities － Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures － Develops and trains staff, drives systems, and process efficiencies and improvements － Organize and manage team. Ensure that for all employees all HR development requirements and activities are in place and gaps closed, e.g. CRC, ePMP incl. IDP, job descriptions and qualification profile － Other duties and special projects as assigned |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Extensive Local GAAP and US－GAAP knowledge－ 3－5 years of accounting experience at multinational manufacturing companies － Good understanding of Internal Control （SOX） － SAP experience required － Fluent Japanese language skills and English skills |
